Website activity tracking

HI,

I notice the following great documentation for setting up website tracking with SUgar Market:

However, I can't seem to find any related information to confirm if this info is also pushed into CRM Contact and Leads.

Can anyone confirm if this is already available, or if not what is the suggested best practice to do this please?

Hi Vincent,

That will depend on the sync configuration between Market and CRM, but it is an option to push Web Activity to CRM. You can find more information no the available sync configurations here: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Market/Sugar_Market_Integrations_Guide/SugarCRM/#Configuring_the_SugarCRM_Connector

One other thing I'd like to know is, if a new person visits the website (tracking code is present on all pages), and fills a contact us form, can Sugar Market then create the CRM Lead and at same time send the website activity?

Hi Vincent. I am interested in this topic too. We have a contact us form on the website (not a Sugar form) and wanted to check if we could create leads directly in SugarCRM. Webpage have the tracking code installed
