Distribution lists syncing to CRM

Hi Justin,

This is correct. Inside Sugar Market there is a connector screen which allows customers to choose what data they would like to have pushed and pulled between the 2 systems. If the Pull Target List to Distribution Lists checkbox is checked the sync will pull in all Target Lists from SugarCRM. To stop the lists from syncing you simply need to uncheck the box and click Save Profile.

Sugar Market will not push Target List info back into SugarCRM.

Market will not push to CRM and create Target Lists from Distribution Lists. The sync is only 1 way which is from CRM to Market.

Hi Justin,

Another point of clarification, there is the option to Allow Sugar Market to create campaigns in SugarCRM. Because campaigns contain targets, we will also sync those targets back down as a distribution list.

So if i create a campaign in Market that campanign and distribution list inclouded in the campaign will sync over to CRM campaign module?

It is the reverse - if you create a Campaign in CRM, the members of that campaign will sync to a distribution list in Sugar Market.
