Custom Module - Relationship

I created a custom module within my sandbox -- i added a relationship Accounts 1 to Many to Polk Module (new custom module).  Subpanel from Polk Data is default only - no other options

When i look at other relationships from Accounts for 1 to Many they look like below

My concern is when i go to use CSV Importer I want to link/tie the POLK data records to account by that account number.  See in screen shot above it is shows the accounts_polk_polk_data_1 - this is my first custom module and I know I'm missing something.

    Hi  ,

    The custom relationship you created looks fine. When importing into a custom relationship, there is a cosmetic bug where the field you have to map during the import does not have an appropriate label. Instead, you will need to find an entry in the importable field list like the following:

    LBL_ACCOUNTS_POLK_POLK_DATA_1_FROM_POLK_POLK_DATA_TITLE_ID

    Mapping to that field, you can specify the account ID in your import file to establish the desired relationship. Bug # 63134, 80735, & 85879 have been previously filed to highlight this issue. Those bugs are all closed; it's possible they may be considered duplicate of another bug that I could not find with similar search terms. I recommend filing a ticket with Sugar Support to either have your case attached to the surviving bug or have a new bug created.
