Has anyone had any difficulties getting Sugar Connect to authenticate correctly in an environment where persons may have an enterprise (corporate) email and then a branded company email? We have SSO working for Sugar, but Support says Sugar Connect doesn't authenticate the same way, so we don't know why we're having issues logging in. *Sugar already confirmed that cross-tenant setups are not officially supported or confirmed to work in Sugar, so I'm just seeing if anyone is in a similar situation and did get it to work and what the fix was.
