Sugar Connect does not work on Google version 143.0.7499.203

Hi all, I have a question regarding Sugar Connect. Currently it does not seem to work well on version 143.0.7499.203 of Google Chrome on Chrome OS (the majority of us work on Chromebooks in the office) I already contacted Sugar Support and they said that on version 144.0.7559.60 it seems to work well. Unfortunately this version is not available yet in the Netherlands and by company policy we are not allowed to install any other browser.

Currently we cannot archive any existing e-mails through the Connect button which appears in the e-mail (see screenrecording). We can archive e-mails when they are being forwarded, this button still seems to work. However it is quite unhandy to work this way.

).

Are there any other users facing this same problem with Sugar Connect or has anyone using Chromebooks in the office faced something similar like this before? and how do you deal with this? Google often releases updates for Chrome and Chrome OS and it is quite unhandy if this means we cannot use Sugar Connect for a certain amount of time.

We already cleared cache etc. and there was no improvement.

Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences.

Best regards,

Maike
