I haven't worked with any customers using Brevo, but I have worked with customers who integrated Sugar with Mailchimp via the SugarChimp plugin. SugarChimp has been around for years and the team behind it is focused on quality and customer satisfaction. It's a default recommendation for us when clients are looking to integrate Sugar for email marketing.
