Hi everyone,
we work with two clients (tenants) in the system and have the following problem:
Some contacts exist twice in Sugar with the same email address, but each contact belongs to a different client.
Both contact records must stay in the system. However, when we send an email, SugarConnect links it to both contacts. This is confusing because each client should only see their own emails.
Right now, all emails are stored in both records, which is unclear.
We cannot use separate email addresses because we must use the existing emails of our contacts.
We have a field called Assigned Country, which shows which client a contact belongs to.
According to Sugar Support, I should post this here in Sugar Club, because it probably needs to be solved with a code customization.
Does anyone have experience with this problem or ideas on how to solve it?
