Guidance Needed on creating an Extension

Hi team,
I'm working on developing an extension/add-on that needs to be available across all the pages. I want to add an icon to the top bar, beside the notifications icon for example. How can we do this?
And if this isn’t allowed, what alternative solutions do we have?

Hi Amr Muhammad

You should be able to do this by extending `clients/base/layouts/header/header.php` to custom folder and include your own view into it.

I'd take a look the core files and how core sugar handles the other views.(even you can duplicate one and use it)
