We have a process definition that looks at a quote meeting date and then sends a reminder email a few days prior. In the email that it is sending, it references the meeting date and time.
Currently, sugar support is reviewing the fact that when an admin employee logs into their system from outside of the normal time zone, it somehow affects the process definitions and reminders that are sent. The interesting part is that the employee was 3 hours different but the time was 5 to 7 hours different.
Anyway, I was just curious if anyone else has run into this or are we the only sugar customer who's admins travel and work outside their time zone?
