Sort bar charts by bar size

Since sorting bars is a kind of post-processing of reported data, we would consider three options to deliver the expected:
- code - provision of a custom dashlet developed by our team
- nocode - preparing values using calcfields or LogicBuilder flowcharts (the choice depends on the complexity of the calculation) rather then calculating with reports, and then setting a sorting order based on the calculated values prior to using out-of-the-box report dashlets to visualize the results - ensuring the bars appear in the desired order
- other tool - using BI tools instead of out-of-the-box reporting
