Mailbox Configuration in SugarCRM 14.0.0 version

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded one of our production instance, currently it version is sugarcrm ent 14.0.0

system is up and running fine, however we have one issue i.e email notification is not works.

we have tested via "Send Test Email" button in system email setting, we got below error message




FYI, below are the mailbox configuration, and it was working fine in previous versions, but currently same setting given us error.







We tried also to add connector setting via Microsoft azure but we don't have SSL certificate that's why we are unable to configure with MS.
Azure.

Please suggest us how we can fix the reported issue without SSL cerfitcate, as in the previous version mailbox works with same setting which is showing in the attached screenshot.


Any Suggestion would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks for sharing this issue. 
    The best way to start would be to check what error is being logged in sugarcrm.log when you perform this test. 

    Can you share the log error here?

    Hello  , 

    Thanks for sharing the log details.

    As you can see, they don’t provide much additional information beyond what we see in the pop-up.Could you please repeat the test after adding the following line to your config_override.php file?


    $sugar_config['smtp_mailer_debug'] = 4;

    This should give us more insight into why the connection is failing.
