Calendar Module

I will be happy to help with your questions about the calendar configuration. 

The first setting you can change, on the Advanced tab of the user profile, is the stating day of the week:

Then, if you want to changes things like the color of the events when displayed on the calendar or the data fields displayed on the calendar for the different type of events, you can go to Calendars -> View Calendars and open the Tasks, Meetings or Calls calendar:

In the Settings tab you can configure the colour, and which fields of the selected module need to be used as Subject, Start, etc. among other options.

In the Templates tab, you can configure the data shown on each calendar view (Month, Week, Day, etc.) for the selected module's events:

Be aware that these changes will affect how all users see the events related to the specified module on their calendar.

Hi Francesc Del Moral Farrarons 

Great to hear from you! This is really helpful for me, thank you.  The reason I ask is because I have been helping our Canada team; they don't have their configuration set up correctly when you select a calendar. They don't have tasks, calls and meetings.  They have admin and a colleagues name as options. 

How do we correct this?
