Does anyone have knowledge of Whatsapp integration addons, or if the Messages module can be extended to manage WhatsApp messages as well?

we put WhatsApp chat directly into Sugar Interface and use intermediate service to connect WABA
do you have a specific use case for using WhatsApp for Business with Sugar?
Is it for contact center or what role/purpose?
