Just select your product and version combination in the selectors across the top to ensure you are viewing the right content. From there, you can access the end user docs in the Application Guide, the admin docs in the Administration Guide, and the release notes for the current release.
The guides are large, so I actually recommend using the search function on the site to find specific topics. You can apply filters on the search to narrow it down to your product and version as well.
