Report - New Opportunities // This year vs last year

Question

Hey, 
 I want to generate a report to compare amount of new Opportunities with Type "New Business" this year vs last year. If I filter like shown below, there are no results.

Any idea whats wrong?

Hi Alexander Fechner , 
 You will want to have both conditions on 'Date Created' in the same filter group (1.2) and set the operator for the that group to 'OR'. Since you have them in separate groups, the parent operator of 'AND' is in effect. In other words, the report is attempting to return opportunities with a date created of this year AND last year. Sugar reports don't observe the philosophy of time being a flat circle so you'll need to go with more conventional time-based restraints
