Hello All!
New to Sugar CRM and hoping someone can help. We have a list of calls which are related to contacts, but we also want to view the account name in a column (account being the parent or linked to the contact).
Is this possible? I've tried created a related field to pull in the account name but it's not worked.

This one depends on how you're users are viewing your list of Calls, and how the Call record is created.
I'm guessing your users are not creating the new Call records from within the Contact or Account subpanel for Calls, and therefore the flex relate field in the Call detail view is missing the Account?
The simplest option is to use the Calls module list view, and then use the power of the wonderful Focus Drawers feature as per the following screenshots.
