I’ve noticed that when trying to archive emails using Sugar Connect, some emails don’t appear as available for archiving. Specifically, if an email is received without a recipient in the "To" field (e.g., when the email is sent via BCC only), it seems that Sugar Connect does not recognize it for archiving.
I would like to confirm if this is expected behavior. Does Sugar Connect require the email to have at least one recipient in the "To" field" for it to be archived? If so, is there any workaround to manually archive such emails?
