export opportunities Does not seem to be working

Hi,

I am trying to export my opportunities in Sugar. I select the records them select export and I get a messgae that said "Loading" for a second and then it disappears and there is no place I can find my file. It is not in the downloads. Any suggestions?

Wondering if it could be a permissions issue?

Do you see any errors in the system logs or in the sugarcrm.log file?

I’m not sure what’s happening, but based on your explanation, it sounds like something is failing during the file build process.

I do not know how to access the sugarcrm.log file

Go to Admin->System Settings

on the bottom left of the Logger Settings panel is a link to the log
