Hi everyone,
I am using SugarCRM to send and receive emails via the IMAP and SMTP protocols. Emails sent to my mailbox are automatically imported into SugarCRM using the Inbound Email functionality, and I can also reply to emails directly within Sugar.
What I want to achieve is this: when I send an email from SugarCRM, I would like it to be archived in my email server's "Sent" folder. Currently, emails I send from SugarCRM are not appearing in the "Sent" folder of my email account.
Is there a way to configure SugarCRM to save sent emails to the "Sent" folder on my email server? If not, are there any customizations, plugins, or workarounds that could achieve this?
