Re-Assigning Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities from one a replaced employee to a new person

Before Sugar Identity, if you made a person inactive it would ask if you would like to re-assign the account, company, opportunities, etc to another person and with minimal clicks this was done.  We moved to the Cloud and Sugar Identity it looks like this does not happen.  How do  you do global changes by a simiple click without going thru each module?

    Thanks for bringing this up. 

    You can still use the Reassign Records feature, after setting the user to inactive you'll need to access the 'Reassign Records' feature that can be accessible o the user's Menu separator:

  • Thanks.  It pointed to an issue we have with a customization that was made awhile back as it updates one field and not an other.  Question, I am just verifying that the filters for Opportunities need to be highlighted to be included.

    That's correct, as you can see in the documentation, If no filters are selected then all records assigned to the inactive user will be reassigned to the new user for that module. 

    If you want to filter for specific records you'll need to select the filters.
