Dynamic Target List Based on Lead Report?

I recently discovered that dynamic distribution lists are available in SugarMarket via report-based target lists in SugarCRM. The problem I am having is that the records I would like to add to these dynamic distribution lists are all leads, with no associated contact record. In my SugarCRM I can only create a target list based on targets, contacts, users, or businesses/households. Is there an admin setting I can use to add the leads module here?

Or am I limited to one of these four modules when building target lists?

Hi Trent,

Can you check in Admin > Navigation Bar and Subpanels to see if Leads is a hidden subpanel? If so, try moving it back to the "Displayed Subpanels" column and refresh your target list to see if it displays now.
