Custom module created but not showing in user interface

 Hi All,

i have created new package then created the custom module inside that package, it is showing also in module list, but when open that custom module it is givinig me below error






could anybody please suggest why it is giving me this error

    Hi  ,

    This typically happens when the Quick Repair and Rebuilds didn't fill the table requirements. 
    My next attempt would be try to execute one more time Quick Repair and Rebuild and Execute the SQL queries generated(if it generates).
