Hide Inactive contacts from the Contacts subpanel in the Accounts Module

 I am looking for a way to hide inactive contacts in the subpanel in Accounts we have a drop down field which shows as Active, left, retired,ect Ideally we would like our sales team to only see the active contacts.

Out of the box the easiest way to accomplish that is by filtering subpanels . 
 If you really want to unconditionally hide not active Contacts of subpanel under Account then you need some custom coding.
