Hi!
Currently, we have built a custom module for contract information to get from our sales team to our contracts team. We have a process definition set up for when a new record is created, the contracts team is notified they have something to review. Their main form of communication back and forth is the comment log.
I know you cannot add the comment log to an email template.... what would be some good alternatives for people being alerted there is something in the comment log they need to read?
