Sugar 14 - keeps crashing with memory leaks - php 8.3

Sugar 14 fresh install on prem - encountering crashing with memory leaks even though setting php.ini with different permutations.

Hi Andries Pretorius ,

This error means that your Sugar tried to use more memory than the 128MB limit that was set (134,217,728 bytes), and it failed when it tried to allocate an additional 3,807,816 bytes.
As you can see in the Sugar 14 installation guide, the memory limit should be set to 1GB

I would try to change that setting to see if you can mitigate the error.
If you changed the php.ini already and the limit didn't change, make sure you don't have other .ini file that could be overriding the setting.
