Hi, Michelle Plutto, If you want to do that I think the best way to do it is to create roles for the different views you want them to have, from Admin > Role Management, there you can set who sees which modules and what they can do with them. And once you have created the roles you add each user to their corresponding role.
I depends what you are trying to do. Do you want to limit their access to certain modules or just clean up the sidebar menu for them?
we want everyone to have the same subpanels, maybe I did say that oops. So if you are in accounts, underneath you see contact, opportunities, revenue line items etc. I want them all to have the same subpanels in the same order.
The order and display of the panels, you can adjust them in Admin > (Developer Tools) Navigation Bar and Subpanels, there you can adjust the order and which subpanels you want to see in all modules.
While for everything else I understand, you could do it by creating Roles and add people in the Role that corresponds to them.
