There is a feature "When creating a call from the subpanels, the contact will automatically be added as an attendee and the contact's account will automatically be set in the event's Related To field."
I need to replicate the same behaviour when the Contact is linked to any other custom module, that custom module should be set as the related to on Calls create view.

The feature you're referring to is specific to creating calls from the Calls subpanel on a Contact record view. If you wanted to instead set the 'Related To' to a custom module, that would require custom coding to achieve as it is not a configurable behavior.
