One of my users has encountered a problem when trying to access a report. He received a message: "you cannot access this report due to a server error: Report: dfe28714-63f5-11ec-bb47-028bf10cd626". While I can still open this report as Administrator.
Could you help me solve this problem?

This seems like a possible security issue. Is the report assigned to a team that the user does not have access to? If team access is appropriate, is the report displaying or filtering records based on a module that the regular does not have access to view (e.g. role restriction or admin-only module)?

Can you share a screenshot of the last step of the report configuration (where you set the report name, team, and optional relationships for the report)?

If my translations are accurate, the last relationship in your screenshot is reporting on the Calls > Created By > Team Membership relationship. That relationship is not something regular users have rights to see as it is attempting to display the user's team memberships (not the call record). This would be a cause for the error you originally listed. If you are trying to report on the Calls > Team relationship, find the filter and/or display column based on the Calls > Created By > Team Membership relationship and replace it with the desired value.
