Hi!
In order to get the best workflow i a project should we use Sugar Automate Smart Guides or Microsoft Project?
Somebody with experience in that area?

Peter,
It depends somewhat on what you are trying to do. Automate does not have all of the functionality of Microsoft Project but it does have quite a bit (set deadlines between steps, create dependencies). It's also intended more for recurring processes rather than one-time projects. Most customers use it for cases or opportunities where they want their users to follow a process when completing a certain "type" of case or opportunity.

Eric Okimoto ,
would you say that Automate is more of a "Playbook" for people in a given role, than an actual project management tool?
Francesca
Yes you could probably say that. It started out as more of a "checklist" that could be created and evolved into something more robust. That said, its not a full "project management tool".
