Focus Drawer Glitch

We are in the midst of upgrading to 13 with the focus drawer being the biggest feature enhancement and it does not work as advertised. When you select "related to this record" it does not hold. It is as if the cache is not being implemented or gets refreshed daily. I can resave and it will work for a while but then reverts to showing all related companies in a module. I am about to launch in a week and this is a major glitch and will be a major fail in our adoption of Sugar 13. MAJOR FAIL. I am so disappointed Sugar is allowing this to behave this way

I am looking to implement a Focus drawer that lists the open opportunity and it is showing all of the companies and not the one that the drawer is for even though the "Relate to Current Record is checked" I am on version 13. Was this corrected?

This will help Sugar understand the impact of this issue when prioritizing it.
