Excel Plug In

Dear community,

we have started to implement SugarCRM at our company, however, we have a serious problem right now. We have installed the SugarCRM Excel add-in but it does not work properly. Whenever you are in Excel and open the SugarCRM add-in and download a report from SugarCRM it only shows 50 rows in Excel and the report stops. We have been discussing this with the distributor who sold and implemented SugarCRM but so far no result and the time goes on and no solution at sight at all. Has anyone had a similar problem and could solve it?

    It looks like there is a known issue with the Excel plug-in version 3.0 (Issue # 93336) that describes the exact behavior you are seeing. It was just raised on October 25th.

    While it is a known issue, there may still be some relief available. I recommend making sure you are running the appropriate combination of Excel and the Excel plug-in for your version of Sugar per the Supported Platform documentation. Of specific note is that you should run an older release of the Excel plug-in (2.0.2) if you are currently on Sugar 12.0. 

    If this doesn't help you, you can open a support ticket directly with Sugar to see if there is any workaround or known timetable for a resolution to the defect.
