BPM LEADS Start Event - Users (Created By is not Record Owner) possible?

Preface: New to Sugar Sell and Sugar BPM

Creating a Process Definition for LEADS and have the Start Event as:

MODULE: Leads

APPLIES TO: New Records Only

CRITERIA: Users (Created By is not Record Owner)

The overall process has 0 issues. However, when tested ALL new records are running the process, not just the new records where the Created by is not the Record Owner.

How do we get the event to run ONLY for New Records where the Created By is <> to the Record Owner?

What am I missing or doing incorrectly? (Sugar Sell version 13.1)

Hi Shelia Trew ,

I cannot reproduce this behavior in 13.1. I tested your start event as shown below and it only triggers when creating a lead assigned to a user other than myself:

Do you have any other SugarBPM definitions enabled on the Leads module? If so, try changing the 'Run Order' on the other definitions to a value of '2' so that you are ensured this definition runs first and avoids any potential conflicts.
