Focus Drawer

Hello!  We wil be moving over to SUGAR Sell in 2 weeks.  Would like to set up the Focus Drawer after upgrade.  Wondeirng how others are using this feature.  What are you finding to be wel received/useful?  Are these "mini dashboards/dashlets?  Nina

    Hi Nina, rather than a dashboard you can think of a focus drawer as a convenient way to view and edit a record without having to open it in a separate tab/window. We call it ‘one-tab-to-success’, since the user doesn’t need to leave the main screen in order to access relevant record details.

    Thanks Chris.  What modules/records do you find useful under focus drawer?  My initial tought is Accounts and Contact, anything else?

    All modules have the option for a focus draw.  Accounts and Contacts are obvious candidates, but there is no reason to restrict it.  Think of it as a different means of navigation and UX, rather than restricting to a particular subset of modeules.  i.e. It's not an either/Or situation, it can be additional to every module.
