Hi all,
Intermittently, Product Bundles appear to be changing the order in which they are displayed on the quote. After doing some digging I have determined the cause of this is on the quotes in question the bundle_index field is the same for multiple records of the same quote_id in the product_bundle_quote table.
Has anybody come across this before? It only seems to be happening to a small percentage of quotes but this appears to be happening on multiple sites.

Can you reproduce the bundle_index=0 in the QLI creation in a consistent manner?
On my local tests, the only way I could reproduce this was with the following steps:
1 - Login with User Will, Create a Quote and a Quoted Line Item
2 - Log out and Login with User Max that can see the Quote created in step 1 but can't see the Quoted line item as it belongs to a different team.
3 - Create a new Quoted Line Item on the Quote created in step 1 with User Max.
In this scenario, I also end up with two bundle_index=0 for the same quote_id.
Would you mind double-checking if these could be the steps that are leading to this in your instance?
