Required fields not being required when creating a record

Hello, I just upgraded to Sell 13.0. I am having an issue with my required fields not being required when a record is created (i.e. an opportunity).  I checked in Studio and the required box is checked for my fields. I ran a Quick Repair and Rebuild to see if that could fix the issue, but it did not.  Is here a different diagnostic tool I should run? I looked and did not see anything that I thought would fix the issue. Also, I did not find any trouble shooting material for this topic. Your help is greatly appreciated.

    I just tested a stock 13.0 Sell instance.  I made a stock field in the Opps module required.  When creating a record, that field was flagged as required and I was unable to save the record without populating it.  At least a stock instance and stock fields are working correctly.

    An Issue was reported in 12.0 where the Required flag was removed when upgrading to 12.1.  There are only two customers that have reported this.  Also, it seems that re-enabling the required attribute after upgrading makes the field required again so this is not a perfect match for what you are describing.

    If this is not working for you after upgrading to 13, my first recommendation would be to remove all custom code running in your instance, specifically custom JS.  If you have done this and required fields are still not being required, then it may be time to open a case with Sugar Support.
