scheduled report has been deactivated

We have a scenario after upgrading to 120.02 that scheduled reports are being deactivated for no apparent reason.

An notification email is generated which is the only indication we have this this is occuring.

I queried both the CRM logs and the audit logs, but neither provide any clue as to the root cause.

 

Has anybody experienced this or have any suggestions as how to troubleshoot?
