Preferred booking software for Sugar?

Hi all,

We are currently reviewing the booking platform that we use (MS Bookings) to see if we can improve our customer experience.

Does anybody know if there is a "preferred" provider that Sugar choose to integrate with? E.g. Calendly

If not, does anyone have any advice or can share their experience of how they have integrated such a platform?

    It doesn't integrate with Sugar, but I use https://www.booklikeaboss.com/. It is super configurable, and then it is on my Outlook calendar, which is sync'd with Sugar.

    They also have integrations with integrately.com and I have a pretty cool process that after a person books a meeting, it creates a Zoom meeting, sends them an invite from Outlook, then texts them at the time of booking, 2 days before the meeting, then 2 hours before the meeting.

    I use integrately.com with Zoom, Outlook, and Twilio.
