Hello, there. I see a post from 7 years ago asking this question. The reply was that a video could be embedded via HTML. I have tried this a few time but this fails. When clicking the embedded video I get an error saying the content is blocked - contact site owner to fix the issue. These links work throughout other modules such as leads and accounts. I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue and if so, how I resolve it.

The issue you are seeing is likely due to Sugar's content security policy settings. To allow this, go to Admin > Content Security Policy Settings. Assuming you are embedding the video via iframe, click the 'Advanced' tab and then enter the domain you wish to allow in the frame-src field. For instance, if the video is sourced from YouTube, enter:
*.youtube.com
If you want to define multiple video sites (e.g. Vimeo), then separate each additional entry with a space.
