SMTP Passwords - password rotation

My organization requires a Windows password rotation of every 90 days.

Because they change the Windows password, their outlook passwords also get changed, and thus the password entered in as SMTP password on their profile needs to be updated.


They often forget and then run into an email configuration error...

Outside of reminding them, is there anything systematic we can do to better integrate with Microsoft/Outlook. We are using SAML, and Microsoft active directory to log in. Is this a typical CRM limitation?
