Group inboxes have stopped archiving inbound emails even though authorized and there are unread mails in the mailbox
In the CRM log I found this for one Sugr instance (Check Inbound Mailboxes) failed in CRON run, cannot select INBOX, is this a valid transport?

I have tried to configure a group mail account for Exchange but the Trash Folder and Sent Folder select buttons returns the following error:
The following folder(s) INBOX either does not exist or has been deleted from server
