Sugar Connect on premise

The short answer is yes.  Sugar Connect does work on Outlook for On-premise instances.  There are a few caveats to be aware.

1. Sugar Connect is supported on Outlook for Microsoft 365: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Resources/Supported_Platforms/Plug-ins_Supported_Platforms/
2. Single Sign On is not currently supported for Sugar Connect without Sugar Identity.  Sugar Identity is currently only available for Sugar Cloud environments.  See more information on this Idea we filed here: portal.sugarondemand.com/88791

Thanks for the information. By On-premise instance I was referring to Outlook being on premise not SugarCRM.

Do you have any information regarding this, will Sugar Connect work with Outlook being on-premise, hosted by our client?
