fuzzy Search

You can use wild cards and find those by using the build filter and searching for:

First Name (or Last Name) starts with El%ena

The wild card will work in the default search bar, it will just take a lot longer because it will search in each field you have defined as your defaults. I believe the out of the box is first name, last name and email address.
