We are new to Sugar Sell and have a question that I hope you can help with. Our Account Executives had the ability to delete RLIs. Suddenly they no longer have that option. We have ensured they have delete permissions for RLI in Role Management. I looked in the knowledge base but it isn't very helpful.
On a similar note, we would also like folks to export account names. Again, that is enabled as "all" for their role but they don't have the ability. Any help is appreciated.
