Some of my fields have been removed from the layout, I'm not sure why?

Some of my fields have been removed from the layout within the RLI module, we have recently updated but I'm fairly certain these were still showing after the change to 12.1. They were still available in Studio to add back into the layout.

Has anyone else experienced issues with fields no longer showing?

Hi Jamie,

Yes, I had a similar occurrence when I migrated to Release 12.1. The "issue" was for one of the "standard" Roles (Customer Service). A couple of my custom fields "disappeared". The simple fix was to change the "Layout Determined By:" drop down in Studio from "Role" to "Standard"...
