Our SugarCRM is supplied by a third party and we are pushing to upgrade to v11. I wanted to ask if the current version of the OPI (2.7.5) is customizable in any way. We have some several mandatory fields which need to be completed when creating new accounts and contacts in the CRM which are skipped when creating new records using the plug-in. Consequently, our data is incomplete and users often forget to go back to the CRM to complete the information.
