For any module, when I try to relate an existing record via a subpanel, the list view's "More" records link in the drawer does not expand list. While I can use filters to reduce the number of records, this isn't always practical if a large number of related records have the same attributes.
Has anyone else encountered and found a fix for this?

Sounds like a bug (76108) I reported in 2016 first seen in version 7.6 Professional:
"On Lead conversion, when the duplicate check returns more than 20 records I get the first 20, then a "More contacts..." at the bottom of the list but when I click "More contacts..." I get the same 20 results and nothing more. I confirmed there are more than 20 matches in the DB."
I am not hopeful that it will be addressed any time soon since it's been open for six years, but you could certainly try to ask Support if it's the same bug. Maybe if more than one of us report it they will work to fix it?
