The Sugar Email Archiving Service(SNIP) only implicitly relates Emails to the Lead/Contact. We need it explicitly related so that Process Definitions trigger for the Lead/Contact and update some custom Activity fields we use for report.
The Sugar Connect Chrome extension explicitly relates Emails Archived to the Lead/Contact record, so I know it's possible, but we have a team that uses a shared inbox service that sits on top of Gmail, and therefore they cannot use Connect.
Wondering if anyone has any solutions, using a Process Definition or otherwise, for this problem. I haven't been able to figure out how using PDs.
