Can I create a Dashlet from a custom Module?

I had a developer create me a custom module that populates an account automatically based on preset zip codes. (All accounts have assigned zip code-based territories. When we create a new lead, we assign them to an account. Basically, it's a quick lookup tool).

Is there a way I can take this module and add it to my dashboard? It would be great to be able to do a quick lookup from anywhere on Sugar.

Not sure if it's needed but here are screenshots of what it looks like.

It shouldn't be any problem creating a dashlet to display data in the custom module. I think you could even leverage the list view dashlet that is by default shipped with SugarCRM. The real question is ofcourse what would the new dashlet need to do?

I need it to display the same data. The images I attached are within the Leads business card. After I enter a zip code, it finds that account and displays the name below (Test Dealer).
