Hey!
In one of you release notes from before the summer you where talking about Sugar Dynamic Distribution list.
A more dynamic way to handle Target list and the synk to Market.
Is this something that i coming soon?

Hello,
I'm curious: what is the benefit of dynamic list compared to report-based targeting?
Best regards,

Hi Damien,
Great question! Dynamic Distribution Lists allow you to segment based on data in SugarCRM instead of the data that’s in Sugar Market. Not all lead/contact CRM data gets synced into Sugar Market, but Dynamic Distribution Lists allow you to segment based on the data in SugarCRM without having to duplicate it in Sugar Market. Hope this helps!
Best,
Colleen
So the DDL resides in Sugar Sell/Serve/Ent, not in Market, is that correct? I'm familiar with target lists in the CRM which are, indeed, not dynamic (which can have its benefits in certain use cases).

The DDL resides in Sugar Market but is pulling from reports in Sugar Sell. So, you set up the report in Sugar Sell segmented as you want and then set up the DDL in Sugar Market. In the DDL settings, you select the report from the list of Sugar Sell lead/contact reports to which you have access. Make sense?
