Sugar Sell - Emails Not working

Thanks for your help on this. 

As it turns out, simply clearing cache wasn't enough to resolve the issue. However, once I did clear the cache, log out of SugarCRM and close all instances of Chrome, the issue was resolved when I opened chrome again. 

So Alex Nassi, your initial suggestion was spot on, I just didn't take it far enough. Thanks for your help.

I took a look at your case and it looks like some additional repairs were also run by our support team, so in case anyone else runs into this, please have an admin on your Sugar instance try running the following repairs: 

• Quick Repair & Rebuild
• Rebuild JS Grouping Files
• Clear Additional Cache

Then, as Josh noted, users may need to also clear their browser cache for the page to reload properly (restarting Chrome and logging out and into Sugar never hurts either!)
